At Snow Lab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused gear. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
